Our cooking course is directed to students who are interested in learning about Italian and regional wine and food tradition.
DURATION: 15 hours of lesson.
NUMBER of STUDENTS: 5 students max.
TIME SCHEDULE:
Lessons: Monday-Friday
The price includes learning material and 5 dinners at our restaurant serving dishes prepared during the lesson. (wine of the house included)
The Cooking Course is not an academic course, but it aims at giving you some fundamentals to Mediterranean cooking. You will learn to cook appetizers, pasta dishes, fish and meat entrees, side dishes with seasonal vegetables, desserts etc…Local ingredients shall be used, being Piemonte rich of products such as butter, cheese, wines, nuts, ham, honey, chocolate, “torrone”, meat, fruit, fresh pasta and TRUFFLES. An amazing quantity of foods which you will learn to cook and use in your own kitchen.
At the end of the lesson, students will be invited to have dinner at our restaurant, tasting what has been prepared during their lesson.
